The last administrative details for this year's competition have been taken care of. We expect to announce the date for registration opening and release of the first puzzle Group next week.

23 March 2010
Puzzle Week this year is 17-21 May. We still have to confirm the date for team registration and release of Group 1 puzzles, and also what this year's prizes will be. We are also pleased to announce a new challenge for individual puzzlers: Iron Brain. This is an opt-in mode for teams of exactly one person, who pledge to work with no help from any other person. There are no additional prizes for Iron Brains, apart from the prestige of tackling the competition without the help of team-mates and the possibility of being crowned the first Iron Brain Champion.

4 February 2010
The CiSRA Puzzle Competition is definitely on again for 2010, CiSRA's 20th anniversary year. We have a few surprises in store, but are still in the planning stages at the moment. The likely dates will be some time around April/May. The 2009 Competition will be moved to the archive soon and the site refreshed for 2010, but we thought we'd announce the good news as soon as we could.

16 December 2009
Planning is underway for the 2010 Puzzle Competition. We expect to hold the competition again in 2010, but we need to get approval before we can officially announce it.
